As our Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that all of our customers are on-boarded successfully and have a continuously positive experience using Willo. An integral part of our marketing team, you’ll be the main point of contact for our customers, providing them with a unique and individualized experience and directing feedback back to the Willo team.
You’re a dental expert and love people. You’re a registered dental hygienist, certified dental assistant, or dentist, and interested in joining a new kind of team, filled with dentists, entrepreneurs and engineers, with the goal to bring real change to the world of oral care.
What You’ll Do
🦄 Responsible for executing the full cycle of onboarding for each new customer of Willo. You provide each new customer with a tailored set up, ensuring that they understand how to use Willo and make customized recommendations to enhance their oral care routine
🦄 Communicate with new customers via phone and chat, between purchase and first use of their Willo device
🦄 Offer guidance and expertise on oral hygiene, best practices and how to make the most of Willo
🦄 Respond to customers who are having issues with their Willo. Troubleshoot with them to ensure they are fully satisfied
🦄 Meet with our marketing and engineering teams regularly to provide feedback on the device, software, and overall experience, in order to develop a customer-centric product strategy
